My Club
Ultimate Soccer Boss gives you the freedom and opportunity to manage the team you want. You can create your own unique name for your team, select a logo for your team, pick out uniforms for your players, and compete with other managers around the world.
However you can only manage one team per account. On the "My Club" is the section where you can view your players, employees, stadium, and finances.
My Players
For this section, you can view the basic details of your players which includes their name, uniform number, position, age, endurance, height, weight, score, salary, events, and any cards they received(yellow/red). To see further details of each player, you will have to click on their name. The maximum number of players you are allowed is 24. You must have at least 11 players on your team to compete. If you have less than the minimum number of players to compete, you cannot play instant matches and your tournament matches will be forfeited.
If a player is sold while he is on the field, another player on the team will automatically fill in for this position. Other events that prohibits a player from playing such as being sick or suspended for receiving a red card will be replaced with another player on your team. When buying new players, it is recommended that you adjust your tactics accordingly.
Player Details
When you click on the name of a player, it will take you to the player's details. Here, you will see the Profile and Attributes tabs. On the left side of the screen is an image of the player. You can change the appearance of the player from their body, hair, face, uniform, shoes, and socks. Not only can you customize the look of the player, you can also edit their name, uniform number, and position. Near the top of the screen are item icons. These items can only be used if you have purchased them in the shop.
Profile
There are currently 18 attributes: Heading, Shot Power, Composure, Crossing, Long Passing, Aggression, Dribbling, Tackling, Acceleration, Finishing, Long Shots, Stamina, Short Passing, Free Kicks, Sprint Speed, Marking, Ball Control, and Reactions. Each attribute is followed by a status bar and number indicating their progression and current level for this skill. Below these attributes are indications of the player's score and endurance level.
Players earn tactic training points by playing tournament games and instant match. The tactic training points earned are based on a number of factors, including the number of games the player plays in, the level of the trainer, and how the player performed in the matches.
Players evolve and advance as their attributes improve on a daily basis by the player evolution process, a proprietary adaptive learning technology based on advanced evolutionary computing techniques. This evolution can be seen by looking at the player attributes (My Team -> My Players) and the player score.
Endurance is the determining factor whether a player can play a match. If the player’s endurance reaches 0, they will have to be replaced or rest to recover. At this time, the player cannot play any matches. The maximum endurance number is 100. The player recovers more quickly if the manager is online.
My Employees
For your team, you will have four employees: the agent, nutritionist, team doctor, and trainer. These employees are mandatory and currently you cannot dismiss them. These employees will offer your team beneficial advantages that will help you manage your players. On this section, you can see their name, picture, level, and salary. An employee’s initial level is 0. As the employee's level increases, so will their performance. Their salary will also increase with higher levels.
Agent
The agent searches new players for you. These players are not from the transfer market. The effectiveness of your agent depends on their level. They can search players with the best potential for your team. In order to buy players through the services of your agent, you must have a "Transfer Card" which can be bought at the shop.
Nutritionist
The nutritionist helps your players to recover their endurance more quickly. The higher level the nutritionist, the faster your players recover their endurance.
Team Doctor
The team doctor will help decrease the chances of a player sustaining an injury and increase the recovery time for injured players. The higher level the team doctor, lowers the rate players will get injured and increases the recovery time for injured players.
Trainer
The team's trainer helps to increase player's attributes. Trainer of high level can increase more attributes of players.
My Stadium
In Ultimate Soccer Boss, you can construct and upgrade your stadium. These facilities will help you to earn points through signing advertisements and generating revenue by ticket sells, selling food and merchandise. You can also earn tactic points by constructing the corresponding buildings. To start off as a new manager, you are granted a level 0 stadium and box office. There will be vacant building lots for you to construct additional buildings such as the clubhouse and player training center. For all the buildings, they require a maintenance cost.
Stadium
If you click on the stadium, you will see information regarding its current level, the current and next level maintenance costs, sponsor slots, total seats, and the next level requirements. If you meet the next level requirements, the update function will be available to you. Upgrading your stadium will not only increase your fan base and seating capacity but also your ability to have more sponsor slots and increasing your revenue as well.
Box Office
If you click on the box office, you will see information regarding its current level, the current and next level maintenance costs, current and next level ticket prices, and the next level requirements. If you meet the next level requirements, the upgrade function will be available to you. Here you can change the ticket prices but remember that if your tickets are too expensive, expect it to have an impact on your stadium attendance.
Building Points
Building points are one of the requirements to construct or upgrade a building. You will be granted one building point per day.
Construct New Buildings
Select any vacant building lot to construct additional buildings. Be sure to meet the building requirements before constructing them.
My Finances
To be a successful manager you need to make sure that your financial record is in good shape. If you manage to have a poor financial record, it will be difficult for you to have a successful team. If you don’t turn a profit you cannot buy new players from the transfer market, items from the shop to improve your team, and construct or upgrade your buildings. To view your financial records just visit My Team -> My Finances.

On this screen, you can view the financial numbers for each round of the season. The financial numbers for income, operating costs, net income, and balance are shown here. You can also click on "View Report" to see additional details.

My Tactics
Ultimate Soccer Boss offers you a variety of formations and tactical strategies which you can use for instant match, league and tournament. You will be assigned default tactics after creating your team. These tactics are used for instant match, league and tournament. You can set your own formations and tactics by going to (Tactics -> My Tactics).Here is the tactics for the first half. You can set the formation and tactical strategies you want to use. You can also click and drag the player icons on to the field map. Make sure that you place your players in the proper position since it will have an effect on their performance. The second half tactics are the same as the first half but the players in the reserves are not included because they are not allowed to join the match or be substituted for other players in the second half.
Here you can set the substitutions and roles for your players.
You can pre-set players for substitutions, free kicks, corner kicks, and penalty kicks. Three substitution settings are provided: Time, Select Player and Substitutes.
1) Time: Select the time you want a player to be substituted.
2) Select Player: Pick the player that you want to be substituted.
3) Substitutes: Pick the player that will replace with the substituted player.
The field positions in Ultimate Soccer Boss reflect the standard rules of soccer. If a player does not play in their proper position, it will have a negative effect on their performance.
Tactics Update
Tactics Upgrade includes offense and defense tactics. Tactic points are earned from playing Instant Match and League games. Click the (+) button after each tactic grid (this icon is grey if there are not enough tactic points). A higher tactics level for the tactics used can help win the game. A message telling how many tactic points are needed to reach the next level of tactics will appear when the mouse is hovered over the tactic progress bar. 50 tactics points are allocated to the selected tactic each time the (+) button is clicked. Allocated tactic points can be reset by clicking the “Reset” button before saving the changes.

Agent will help find new players. Higher level agents can find higher score players for you.
