Q. How do I create my team?
A. Complete the required fields to create your team such as the manager's name, club name, country, and uniforms.

Q. What happens after I create my team?
A. After creating your club, you can play instant match, training games or join the league or tournament. League matches are scheduled for one round per day starting from 10AM-10:30AM. You can watch a live broadcast during this time.

Q. What type of contests are there?
A. The contests include instant match, league and tournament. Instant match aims at improving the team’s performance for the league and tournaments. Instant match is not ranked and can be played at any time. You can join leage and compete for higher level of league matches. You can attend tournament and win trophies.

Q. How are the leagues structured?
A.  There are 12 teams in a group and the matches are held one round per day. One league season is a period of 24 real days including 2 interval days. There are 22 rounds for each league season.

Q. Will there be prizes for winners of the league?
A. Winners of each leauge will be awarded prizes and points. The amount of points will vary with the league level. The higher the level, the more bonuses the winners will be awarded.

Q. Where can I see my players' attributes?  
A. To see your players' attributes, go to (My Team -> My Players). Click the name of the player and his profile will be displayed. On the attributes tab is where you will see his attributes.

Q. What are the list of player attributes?
A. There are a total of 18 attributes. The table below shows you the attributes.

Q. Will instant matches decrease the player’s endurance?
A. Yes, players participating in leagues and instant match will decrease their endurance.

Q. How will my players recover their endurance?
Your players will automatically recover their endurance but it will be at a slow rate. You can purchase an endurance recovery pill or pack at the shop to recover their endurance immediately.

Q. How many players are there on a team?
A. When you create your team, you need to have 14 players. You can have a maximum of 24 players on your team. You need to have 11 players on the field who are eligible to play. If there are less than 11 players or if they are not eligible to play, your league matches will result in a forfeit with a score of 0:3, favoring the opponent. You cannot also play instant match.

Q. How do I set substitutions and tactics? 
A. To set your substitutions and tactics, go to (Tactics -> My Tactics). Check either league or instant match to assign the tactics for the contest mode. If you select "Settings", here you can choose the different formations and types of offense and defense strategies. You can also set tactics based on your team winning or losing during the match for the first and second halves. You can also drag and drop the players to the position(s) you want. You can also adjust the players in reserves and substitutes. On the Substitutions/Roles tab, here you can select the player(s) you want to be substituted at a specific time during a match and select the roles for free kicks, corner kicks, and penalty kicks. Tactics and formations can be set before the league starts and they cannot be changed once a league begins.

Q. What are tactic points?
A. Tactic points can be used to improve your team's tactics. You can allocate these tactic points for offense and defense tactics. To see the different tactics, go to (Tactics -> Tactics Upgrade). You will need 50 tactic points to upgrade each tactic grid.

Q. How do I earn tactic points?
A. Tactic points are earned by playing instant match. You will be awarded 10 tactic points for every instant match that you play.

Q. What about the field positions?
A. There are four roles: Goalkeeper(GK), Offense(OFF), Midfield(MID), and Defense(DEF). Under these roles, there are several field positions which follow the standard rules of soccer. It is recommended that players are placed in their proper playing positions when arranging the tactics. Players placed in positions other than their proper position will not be as effective. The table below represents the four roles and corresponding positions and abbreviations.

Q. What type of employees are there?
A. There are four types of employees: the Agent, Nutritionist, Team Doctor and Trainer. The agent can help you find players with high potential. The nutritionist helps your players to recover their endurance. The team doctor helps your players to recover from injury more quickly. The trainer will help increase attribute of your players. Higher level employees will provide more benefit to your team. All employees will start at level 0 for each league season. Their current level will be reverted to 0 after the end of each league season.

Q. How do I make my employees better?
A. To make your employees better, you just need to buy an Employee Level Up Card or an Agent Card at the shop. These items can be activated in "My Employees". Once the item has been used, each employee will advance one level (maximum level 4) for the season. The Employee Level Up Card can only be used on the nutritionist, team doctor and trainer. The Agent Card can only be used on the agent. One Employee Level Up Card applies to only one employee. When you have purchased the item(s) that upgrades your employees, the item icon will appear next to the employee’s name in "My Employees". Just click on the icon to activate it.

Q. How do I construct and upgrade my stadium?
A. To see your stadium, go to (My Team -> My Stadium). Here you can see the facilities in your stadium as well as vacant building lots to construct new ones. To construct a new building, just click on any vacant lot and select the facility you want to build. You must meet the requirements before you can construct or upgrade any of the buildings. The basic requirements are points and building points. A maintenance cost also applies to each building.

Q. What type of currency is used in the game?
A. There are two types of currencies used in the game. Gold is used to buy most of the items in the shop. Points are used to buy players, pay daily salaries of your players and employees, construct or upgrade your stadium, and pay other operating costs.

Q. How do I earn points?
A. There are several ways to earn points. Upgrading your stadium to attract more fans to attend your matches, signing advertisements for your stadium, construct additional buildings to generate revenue, playing leagues and instant match, and selling players.

Q. How do I earn gold?
A. You start off with no gold. Gold can be earned in two ways: completing online offers or buying them by online payment.

Q. How do I earn revenue?
A. The board of directors will give you daily income for every league. You also earn income from selling tickets, merchandise and food sales. After each league season, your team will get additional revenue from the board of directors and revenue from your stadium.

Q. What can I do in the transfer market?
A. The transfer market is where you can buy, auction, and sell players. You can also bookmark a player to keep them in your watch list. Selling players with a score lower than 30 will be bought back by the system. If the player's score is above 30, managers can auction them or sell them with a "Buy" price.
When a player is listed on the transfer market, he cannot participate in league games or instant match.

Q. How do I modify my player's profile?
A. To modify your player’s profile, go to (My Club -> My Players). Select the player and go to his profile tab. Here you can edit his name, uniform number, and position. You can also change his appearance by clicking on the directional keys located below the player's picture. Clicking on the left and right arrow keys will allow you to browse the different categories including body, socks, shoes, clothing, face, and hair you wish to modify. Clicking on the up and down directional keys will change the color and look. This feature lets you to customize your players. Make sure to save the changes.
